Side-by-side photos of women: one outside on a sunny day wearing a white top, patterned pants, and sneakers, the other inside in a gym wearing a black sports bra and shorts, with her back turned.
Honeys helped me create what I wanted which was “body transformation.” What body transformation ended up being includes: body changes, hormonal shifts, and knowledge. I have achieved PRs beyond what I could ever fathom. I have gained friendship, support and achieved GOALS. Now I have a body I can appreciate, respect and fuel correctly.

Progress photos of a woman in workout clothes showing her weight loss journey, dated January 24, 25, and 26, taken at the gym.
A woman flexing her biceps and smiling in front of a black wall with yellow lettering that reads 'Strength is Earned'.
When I first walked into Honey’s Barbell, I had never lifted a weight in my life. My only goal was to get stronger—but what I’ve gained goes far beyond that. I’ve found a community that lifts me up in every way. I’ve built friendships, gained knowledge, and discovered a deep appreciation for what my body is capable of.

The transformation has been more than physical; it’s been mental and emotional, too. Crystal has gone above and beyond—helping me navigate my Alpha-Gal allergy with smart food options and creating safe lifting modifications for my spinal and disc issues.

Not all journeys are about weight loss. Somewhere about feeling more confident, stronger, and overall just “bad ass”.

I am so comfortable working with Crystal. She is knowledgeable and encouraging . I’m over 60 and have never spent much time in a gym . I’m learning what muscles that I need to work and why . I’m an “ information junky “.
Crystal always takes the time to teach as we work.
