  • Start your morning strong with this fast-paced 30-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class designed to boost energy, burn calories, and build confidence — all before your day begins!

Each session combines bursts of high-intensity exercises (think strength moves, cardio intervals, and core work) followed by short recovery periods to keep your heart pumping and your body challenged.

  • Make the most of your midday break! This 45-minute strength class is designed for women of all experience levels who want to build muscle, boost energy, and improve confidence — all within the lunch hour. Get in, lift strong, and get back to your day feeling unstoppable.

  • Every strong woman starts somewhere — and this is your starting point! Honey Strength 101 is a beginner-friendly weightlifting class designed to help women feel confident, capable, and at home in the gym. We’ll guide you through proper form, teach you how to use the equipment, and build balanced workouts so you never feel lost or intimidated again.

Through supportive coaching and a welcoming community, you’ll learn to build muscle, boost confidence, and discover just how strong you truly are — inside and out.

No experience needed — just a willingness to start.

  • Think you “can’t dance”? Think again! This dance fitness class is all about moving your body, having fun, and feeling amazing—no rhythm required. Designed for every fitness level, it’s a high-energy blend of cardio, music, and confidence-building vibes that will leave you sweaty, smiling, and empowered. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and join a supportive community of women who are here to cheer you on—not judge your moves.

It’s not about perfection—it’s about joy, strength, and letting loose.

  • Build confidence, strength, and independence in this empowering class designed for women who want to stay strong and active for life.

Ageless Strength focuses on safe, effective resistance training for all ability levels — helping you improve mobility, build muscle, and support healthy bone density. You’ll learn proper form and techniques that you can confidently use on your own, both inside and outside the gym.

Join a supportive community of women lifting together, encouraging one another, and proving that strength has no age limit.

  • Strength has no age limit! ChairFIT is a supportive, seated workout designed to help women safely build muscle, improve mobility, and boost confidence — all from a stable, comfortable position. Using light weights and resistance training, we focus on increasing strength and independence while honoring every participant’s pace and ability level.

  • Nourish & Know is your foundation for understanding nutrition and building habits that actually work for you. In this class, we’ll explore different eating styles, identify which approach best aligns with your goals, and learn the basics of tracking protein, carbs, and fats with confidence.

Together, we’ll take the guesswork out of nutrition by creating a realistic and sustainable plan that fits your lifestyle—not someone else’s. As I always say, “The best diet in the world isn’t the one that looks perfect on paper—it’s the one you can stick to.”

You’ll leave this class with a personalized plan you can start immediately, along with a deeper understanding of how to fuel your body and make nutrient timing work for you.

  • Take your nutrition knowledge to the next level with Level Up: Nutrition for Results — an advanced class designed for women ready to fine-tune their fueling strategy and maximize performance.

We’ll dive deep into macronutrient calculations—protein, carbs, and fats—and explore the next layer of nutrition: nutrient timing. Learn when to fuel up, when to recover, and how to structure your meals and supplements for real results.

We’ll also cover pre-, intra-, and post-workout supplementation, discuss what’s truly necessary (and what isn’t), and learn how to make your macros and food choices work together seamlessly.

Walk away with the tools to confidently tailor your nutrition to your goals and get the most out of your training — inside and outside the gym.

  • Ready to move, sweat, and get stronger—without the intimidation? HIIT Lite is a low-impact, beginner-friendly version of high-intensity interval training designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. You’ll build strength, boost endurance, and challenge yourself at a pace that feels right for you.

Expect fun, supportive coaching, energizing intervals, and modifications for every body. We’ll still work hard—but smarter, slower, and with intention.

Because progress isn’t about going fast—it’s about showing up.

    30 minute class

  • Squeeze serious results into your lunch break with Tabata Lunch Rush! This fast-paced, 30-minute class runs from 12:15 to 12:45, giving you just enough time to show up, sweat hard, and get back to work feeling energized.

Using the classic Tabata format — 20 seconds of effort followed by 10 seconds of rest — you’ll build strength, boost endurance, and rev up your metabolism in record time. Every round is designed to challenge you, uplift you, and leave you feeling accomplished.

Perfect for busy women who want a powerful workout without sacrificing their day. Step in, level up, and crush your midday fitness goals!

  • A well-rounded workout that incorporates kettlebells, dumbbells, plyometrics and bodyweight exercises that support joint health, develop core strength and improve balance. This class emphasizes elasticity and functional movement patterns, teaching you to move in ways that enhance cognitive function and promote longevity.

  • Make time in your workday to nourish your body and mind. Learn what it means to find your center while developing core strength and intentionally accessing flow states. Through innovative movement challenges, games and breathwork, you’ll practice ‘getting in the zone’ which helps consciously relax your nerves, boosts your energy, and trains attention, plus it’s fun! Flexible warm ups and cooldowns times allow you to arrive late or leave early as your schedule requires.

  • Learn to slow down and tune in to your body. A guided practice of breath-work and meditative movement in developmental patterns that will help you uncover asymmetries that can lead to injury while improving motor control, strength, balance, and mobility.

  • A focused session on fascial release, good breathing, and mobility work. This class teaches you about restorative practices and is designed to help you feel better and improve your training through effective recovery techniques.

  • Crystal Raby

With over 22 years as a gym owner and coach, I’ve built a career helping women transform their lives through strength and smart habits. A former award-winning figure competitor and physique coach, I now pour my energy into training everyday, non-competitive women to reach their personal goals—putting health first, every time.

Bone density and muscle mass are my north stars; they’re the foundation for a vibrant, independent life at any age. Leanness? It’s simply the natural byproduct of consistent, intelligent behaviors: moving well, eating right, and showing up in the right environment. When those pieces align, everything else follows.

At Honey’s Barbell Club Republic, my private training boutique, I create a space where beginners, moms, athletes, and women with unique needs all thrive side by side. No intimidation, no contracts—just results, accountability, and a community that lifts each other up. Whether through one-on-one coaching, small group classes, or customized plans, I’m here to help you build the strong, healthy body that lets you live life on your terms.
