  • Every strong woman starts somewhere — and this is your starting point! Honey Strength 101 is a beginner-friendly weightlifting class designed to help women feel confident, capable, and at home in the gym. We’ll guide you through proper form, teach you how to use the equipment, and build balanced workouts so you never feel lost or intimidated again.

Through supportive coaching and a welcoming community, you’ll learn to build muscle, boost confidence, and discover just how strong you truly are — inside and out.

No experience needed — just a willingness to start.

  • Ready to move, sweat, and get stronger—without the intimidation? HIIT Lite is a low-impact, beginner-friendly version of high-intensity interval training designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. You’ll build strength, boost endurance, and challenge yourself at a pace that feels right for you.

Expect fun, supportive coaching, energizing intervals, and modifications for every body. We’ll still work hard—but smarter, slower, and with intention.

Because progress isn’t about going fast—it’s about showing up.

    30 minute class

  • Kettlebells 101 is an introductory series designed to help you feel confident, capable, and strong using kettlebells—whether at the gym or at home. Led by our knowledgeable instructor Jayme, this class starts from the very basics, covering proper handling, grip, and foundational movements before progressing into simple, effective workouts.

Kettlebell training is a powerful way to build full-body strength, improve coordination, increase core stability, and boost cardiovascular endurance—all with one versatile piece of equipment. Each class blends learning with movement, so you’ll not only understand how to use kettlebells safely and effectively, but you’ll also get a solid workout each week.

If you’ve been curious about kettlebells, feel unsure where to start, or want a structured, supportive environment to learn something new, Kettlebells 101 is for you. Similar in spirit to our popular Honey Strength 101, this series keeps things accessible, educational, and empowering—no prior kettlebell experience required.

  • Tired of fad diets and conflicting nutrition advice? Build Your Plate: Macros Made Simple is a fun, beginner-friendly, 4-week educational program designed to help women finally understand food without dieting, restriction, or overwhelm.

Each week breaks down the basics of protein, fats, and carbohydrates in a simple, easy-to-understand way. In the final week, we’ll bring it all together by teaching you how to calculate and understand your own macros using trusted resources, so you can build balanced meals that support your goals at any season of life.

This course is about education, empowerment, and sustainability, not quick fixes. You’ll leave feeling confident, informed, and equipped to make smart nutrition choices long-term.

This education-focused program helps you understand how sugar impacts your body and teaches you how to spot hidden added sugars by reading and understanding food labels. Our goal is to help you decrease — or eliminate — added sugars while building simple, sustainable habits.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Identify added sugars vs. total sugars

    • Read and understand nutrition labels

    • Reduce sugar cravings

    • Improve energy, focus, and digestion

    • Build healthier habits that last

You’ll receive weekly guidance, easy-to-follow meal strategies, and accountability all without extreme restriction or dieting.

Strength has no age limit — and movement is better with music.

ChairFIT Rhythm is a seated strength and mobility class choreographed to upbeat, familiar music to make exercise feel fun, energizing, and approachable. Using light weights and controlled movements, we focus on building strength, improving coordination, and supporting independence — all from a stable chair-based position.

  • Learn to slow down and tune in to your body. A guided practice of breath-work and meditative movement in developmental patterns that will help you uncover asymmetries that can lead to injury while improving motor control, strength, balance, and mobility.

  • A focused session on fascial release, good breathing, and mobility work. This class teaches you about restorative practices and is designed to help you feel better and improve your training through effective recovery techniques.

    Crystal Raby

With over 22 years as a gym owner and coach, I’ve built a career helping women transform their lives through strength and smart habits. A former award-winning figure competitor and physique coach, I now pour my energy into training everyday, non-competitive women to reach their personal goals—putting health first, every time.

Bone density and muscle mass are my north stars; they’re the foundation for a vibrant, independent life at any age. Leanness? It’s simply the natural byproduct of consistent, intelligent behaviors: moving well, eating right, and showing up in the right environment. When those pieces align, everything else follows.

At Honey’s Barbell Club Republic, my private training boutique, I create a space where beginners, moms, athletes, and women with unique needs all thrive side by side. No intimidation, no contracts—just results, accountability, and a community that lifts each other up. Whether through one-on-one coaching, small group classes, or customized plans, I’m here to help you build the strong, healthy body that lets you live life on your terms.
