    Crystal Raby

With over 22 years as a gym owner and coach, I’ve built a career helping women transform their lives through strength and smart habits. A former award-winning figure competitor and physique coach, I now pour my energy into training everyday, non-competitive women to reach their personal goals—putting health first, every time.

Bone density and muscle mass are my north stars; they’re the foundation for a vibrant, independent life at any age. Leanness? It’s simply the natural byproduct of consistent, intelligent behaviors: moving well, eating right, and showing up in the right environment. When those pieces align, everything else follows.

At Honey’s Barbell Club Republic, my private training boutique, I create a space where beginners, moms, athletes, and women with unique needs all thrive side by side. No intimidation, no contracts—just results, accountability, and a community that lifts each other up. Whether through one-on-one coaching, small group classes, or customized plans, I’m here to help you build the strong, healthy body that lets you live life on your terms.

    Stacey Boyce

Stacey is a proud 65-year-old mom and grandma who proves every day that strength has no age limit. With a career as a registered dental hygienist, she brings both care and attention to detail into everything she does including her work in the gym.

Her fitness journey began with cardio classes, progressed into marathon running, and eventually led her to discover a true passion for weightlifting. At the age of 60, Stacey earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification, further solidifying her commitment to helping other women grow stronger with confidence.

Stacey is passionate about encouraging women — especially those later in life — to realize that it’s never too late to begin. She leads with positivity and support, creating an environment where women feel empowered, capable, and strong.

She understands that walking into your first class can feel intimidating. But as she reminds her clients, everyone has a "first" and the strength it takes to begin is the same strength that will carry you forward.

Stacey is most proud of her consistency, dedication, and the confidence she’s built through doing hard things. While pull-ups and push-ups are some of her personal favorites, her focus is always on meeting women where they are and helping them build strength at their own pace.
