Classes

  • No!  Anyone can sign up for a class on our website:  www.honeysbarbell.com.  Membership is not required.

  • 45-60min classes:  $15 per class 

    30min classes:  $10 per class


  • Go to our website:  www.honeysbarbell.com.  Click SPRINGFIELD.  Scroll down to find “Our Classes”.  Click “BOOK A CLASS!” to sign up and pay the class.

  • Yes, some classes do have limited spots. Certain formats work best in small groups, while others can accommodate more participants. To make sure you don’t miss out, we recommend signing up as soon as you can!

  • Your safety is important to us, so our door stays locked and uses a keypad for entry. Gym members can enter with their key fob. If you’re not a member, you’ll receive a text or email with a 4-digit door code for your class after you register. If you haven’t received your code before class time, please call or text 417-827-9040 and we’ll get it to you right away.

  • No worries — it happens! If you’ve attended the class before, your door code should still work for entry (for non-members). Door codes for classes normally do not change and are programmed to work during that class day/time.  Once you’re inside, you can scan the QR code near the reception desk to sign up and pay on the spot. If you’d rather skip the QR code, just mark yourself as “not paid” on the class sign-in sheet. We’ll either charge the card we have on file or email you an invoice after class.

  • Most classes just require a water bottle and the willingness to show up and do your best. If you’re attending a yoga class, please bring your own yoga mat. For all other classes, we provide the equipment you’ll need. If there’s ever anything extra required, your instructor will let you know ahead of time.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes that let you move freely and feel your best. Supportive athletic shoes are a great choice for most classes.

    Honey’s Barbell also follows a modest dress code so all women feel at ease. Just choose full-coverage, non-sheer gym clothing that keeps everything important covered, and you’ll fit right in.

Personal Training

  • Personal training is an investment in your health, confidence, and long-term strength. Working one-on-one with a coach gives you personalized guidance, proper technique, and a training plan tailored to your goals and current abilities. It’s a dedicated, supportive experience designed to help you progress safely and effectively  and to feel empowered every step of the way.

  • No!  Anyone can sign up for personal training on our website:  www.honeysbarbell.com.  Membership is not required.

  • Head over to our website:  www.honeysbarbell.com.  Click SPRINGFIELD.  Under SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, click “Personal Training Consultation”. As you progress through the screens, you’ll be able to select a trainer and available day/time to book a consultation.

  • We provide a variety of pricing options to fit your needs.  The more often you train per week, the more you save per session.   


    Drop-In Session

    Foundation Builder

    ONE training session per week

    $60 per session

    Accelerated

    TWO training sessions per week

    $52.50 per session

    Transformation

    THREE training sessions per week

    $49 per session

    *Foundation Builder, Accelerated, and Transformation will have dedicated time slots on the Personal Trainer’s schedule that are consistent week after week.  Drop-In sessions can be scheduled on an as-needed basis and are subject to the Trainer’s availability.

  • Bring a water bottle and come ready to put in focused effort. We also recommend bringing a notebook to track your workouts and progress. We always have extras on hand, but if you prefer your own style of journal or a favorite notebook, feel free to bring it along.

  • Yes, payment is still required if you cancel or miss a session. This ensures your trainer is fairly compensated for the time they’ve set aside just for you. Your trainer may, at their discretion, offer to reschedule the session, but this is not guaranteed by the gym. We understand that things come up, and staying consistent is the best way to see results and make the most of your training

  • If your trainer needs to cancel a scheduled session, they will make every effort to reschedule it at a time that works for you. You will not be charged for any session canceled by the trainer until it has been completed. If the session cannot be rescheduled, you will not be charged at all.

Memberships

  • No and Yes.  It’s up to you!  We have both month-to-month and yearly contract options available.

  • Each gym member receives a key fob to come-and-go during operating hours:

    Monday - Friday 5am-9pm

    Saturday & Sunday 7am-4pm

    Members have access to all gym equipment, the cardio room, and the classroom space when it’s not in use.  Gym members also get access to special promotions and a private Facebook page to build community.


  • From a financial standpoint, if you plan on attending more than two classes a week, we recommend the Class Enthusiast membership.  If you plan on attending more than two classes a week and a drop-in personal training session each month, we recommend the Gym Junkie membership.

  • To keep everyone comfortable and protected, we keep things simple:

    • No video recording is allowed anywhere in the gym.
    • Photos are okay for personal use as long as no one else appears in them without their clear permission.
    • If a privacy concern comes up, we’ll address it quickly. Repeated issues may result in membership removal.

    This helps you document your journey while keeping Honey’s a safe, respectful space for all.
